Exchanges
Our exchange condition and policyFor online purchasing we only allow the customer to exchange the products in the different size only. We do not allow refund or exchange the style. The company will exchange the product for you only if the following conditions are met:
1. The exchange product must be unworn
2. The exchange must be made within 15 days from the day the customer receive the product from us.
3. The exchange must be made only one time per one purchase. (in case of buying more than one pair please make sure that you try on every pair before sending back for exchange).
4. The customer must fill in the “exchange form” and send back with the exchange product. (The exchange request form will be include in the package everytime you purchase)
5. The customer must be responsible the postage cost of sending the exchange product back to us and the company will responsible for the cost of postage while sending exchange product back to the customer.
